Deliveries

We deliver to mainland France and the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco.

Deliveries take place within 30 days at the latest, in application of article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, to the address indicated when ordering on the site. However, for your information, we use La Poste's Colissimo service, normally delivered to your home within 2 working days.

For mainland France only, for purchases over €50, delivery costs are free.

Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go.

Returns

Are returns accepted?

Of course, we accept returns, under certain conditions.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be returned. Return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt, by the seller, of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.

The procedure for the return and refund to take place in the best conditions is as follows:

1. Please check that the product(s) are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened, damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.

2. Please send your request to bonjour@hodyge.com, to inform us of your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 14 days (shipping date) to return the products to us.

3. Please include in your package the product(s) in question, the order number concerned as well as the first and last name of the person who placed the order.

4. Please send your package to the following address: SAS Hodygé, 13 rue des Bruyères, 39100 DOLE.

5. We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.
